How quickly can an engagement begin?
Most engagements begin within three to six weeks of an initial consultation, depending on scope, customization requirements, and contracting timelines.
Do you work with organizations outside Colorado?
Our systems-navigation content is Colorado-specific and deeply so. Documentation standards, case-management practice, supervisor coaching, and operational-procedure work translate anywhere, and virtual delivery is available nationally.
Can you work within a grant budget or procurement process?
Yes. We provide Letters of Intent, scoped proposals, capability statements, and formal Consulting Services or Master Services Agreements suited to grant-funded and public procurement requirements.
Do you deliver training virtually?
Yes, though the scenario-based modules are strongest in person. Hybrid delivery — in-person training with virtual follow-up consultation — often works best for distributed teams.
What does an engagement cost?
Half-day and full-day workshops typically range from $2,500 to $7,500. Audits, pilots, and retainers are scoped individually. Pricing is confirmed in writing before any commitment.
What don’t you do?
We do not provide legal advice, clinical services, medical advice, immigration advice, benefits-eligibility determinations, employment-law advice, or direct participant representation. We also don’t promise funding outcomes — we build the operational evidence that makes strong applications possible.
